How to confer your medium parrot's

diet

These parrots will eat kale, collard, mustard, dandelions, escarole, zucchini, broccoli, squash, shredded carrots, papaya, banana, melon, whole wheat, spinach, quinoa, almonds, walnuts, palm nuts, and cashews.

Your medium parrot's cage

Your medium parrots cage should be at the minimum size of 18x22x18. It should include: two perches at different heights, that you should not place over the two food bowls. You should place 2-3 toys in the birds cage. 

Bath the bird 2-3 days a week in a warm bird bath. it's best to buy a second medium parrot with your first because these birds get bored fast. You should also play with these birds at least 30 minutes a day.
